Sve spakovati u kese, zavezati i ostaviti da se ohlade.</p><p>Potom paprike oguliti, kao i patlidžane. </p><p>Sve ih ubacim u čistu šupljikavu vrećicu (od krompira), stegnem i okačim na oklagiju koju naslonim na 2 stolice, ispod stavim veću posudu i ostavim preko noći da se dobro ocijede.</p><p>Sutradan sve sameljem na mašini za meso.</p><p>U veliku šerpu staviti 800 ml ulja da se zagrije, zatim istresti mljevene paprike i patlidžan i na laganoj vatri kuhati uz neprestano miješanje oko sat vremena. Potom dodati so, šećer i alkoholno sirće, pa nastaviti kuhati. U principu ajvar se kuha UZ OBAVEZNO MIJEŠANJE oko 2,5-3 sata na laganoj vatri. Dovoljno je da samo "šapuće" i baca poneki ključ. Kada teško pada sa kašike gotov je. Pola sata prije kraja kuhanja dodajte pasirani bijeli luk. Tako radim da zadrži svoju aromu.</p><p><br /></p><p>Vruć ajvar sipati u sterilizirane tegle (na 100° oko pola sata), pa zatvoriti novim poklopcima. </p><p>Sve umotati u debelu deku i ostaviti da se tako ohlade do sutra. </p><p><br /></p><p>Zbog djece ne stavljam ništa ljuto, a vi možete samljeti koju ljutu papričicu. </p><p>Svakako tokom kuhanja možete provjeriti da li je vama dovoljno slan, pa po potrebi dodati soli, mislim da je ova mjera zaista taman.</p><p>Posla ima, ali ovaj ajvar nema cijenu. Perfektan je, što se vidi i na slikama. Jedno kažu, drugo rade... jedno misle, drugačije se ponašaju... Nešto hoće, ni sami ne znaju šta...</p><p>Treba se ponekad sastati sam sa sobom i porazgovarati, onako... Dinstala na malo ulja, dodala crveni luk na rebarca, suhi začin, biber i to je to.</p><p><br /></p><p>Dva patlidžana sam ogulila i izrezala na kocke. Začinila solju, biberom, crvenom paprikom, bijelim lukom u granulama, dodala 1 kašiku maslinovog ulja i sve izmiješala. Posebno u zdjeli žicom umutiti 2 jaja, posoliti, pa doliti vode ovisno koliko palačinaka želite. Zatim dodavati brašno.</p><p>Mjere nisam pisala, jer je sve ovisno o količini koju želite. </p><p>Zatim ocijedite tikvice, dodajte u smjesu i sve izmiješajte. Ja sam dodala i sušenog kopra i zaista bude super. Trebate dobiti gušću smjesu nego za klasične palačinke.</p><p><br /></p><p>Tavu dobro zagrijati, premazati sa malo ulja i staviti jednu kutlaču smjese. Kašikom lijepo oblikujte palačinku, treba biti deblja i pecite da lijepo porumeni sa jedne strane, pa okrenite na drugu.</p><p>Redajte jednu na drugu u poseban tanjir. </p><p>Pokrijte čistom krpom do upotrebe.</p><p>Budu sočne i zaista jako ukusne, a kopar im daje poseban okus.</p><p>Uživajte i vi.🫶🏻❤️💗💌</p><p>Puno pozdrava svima u prolazu.💋</p><p>---------------</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; Ne znaš koliko je dosta. 🤭</p><p><br /></p><p>Krompir sam začinila suhim začinom, biberom, crvenom paprikom, granulama bijelog luka i pekla u "frajeru" oko 35 min.na 200° uz povremeno protresanje. Ispao je predobar.</p><p><br /></p><p>Pileći file izrezala na kocke, začinila istim začinima, dodala i kurkumu, pa sve popržila na malo kokosovog ulja. Kad je porumenilo, izvadila u posebnu zdjelu, u tavu stavila mali komadić maslaca i 150 gr gorgonzole izrezane na kocke. Sve skupa prodinstati dok luk postane staklast. </p><p>Zatim dodati prepolovljen cherry paradajz, baby mrkvicu, doliti vode da sve to prekrije i kuhati u polupoklopljenoj posudi oko 20 minuta. Potom dodati očišćene prokulice i sve kuhati oko 5-6 minuta. </p><p>U međuvremenu u ključaloj vodi skuhati rižine rezance 3 minute, procijediti i isprati hladnom vodom pa ih samo dodati u čorbicu. Zatim dobro ocijediti i dodati mljevenom mesu. U smjesu staviti i sitno sjeckan crveni i bijeli luk, 1 jaje, prezlu, so i biber, pa sve rukom sjediniti u kompaktnu masu. Kad zamiriše, dodati pileći file, izrezan na kocke, koji je ranije začinjen kurkumom, suhim začinom, crvenom paprikom, mljevenim biberom, zatim gljive izrezane na šnite i sve skupa dinstati 4-5 min. Zatim začiniti biberom, suhim začinom, posoliti, pa dodati i 2 šake opranog baby špinata i kratko prodinstati.</p><p>Rižu skuhati na vodi, malo posoliti.</p><p>Servirati rižu, pripremljene filete sa gljivama i špinatom, uz svježu rukolu, zelenu salatu i cherry paradajz. </p><p><br /></p><p>P. Ogulite ga i izrežite na veće kocke.</p><p>U posudu stavite 3 pune kašike palente, dodajte bijeli luk u prahu, crvenu papriku, mljeveni biber, suhi začin, suhi ružmarin, origano, sve što volite. </p><p><br /></p><p>Pleh obložite pek papirom, istresite krompir, pospite mješavinom palente i začina i sve krompiriće uvaljajte u smjesu. Rasporedite po papiru, odozgo prelijte sa malo ulja i pecite u rerni zagrijanoj na 200° oko 35-40 min. Po želji dodajte orahe ili grožđice.</p><p>List jufke premazati premazom, staviti drugi, premaz, pa treći premaz i iz rub jabuke pa zarolati. Kod mene je bilo 12 listova jufke i dobila sam 4 savijače.</p><p>Redati ih u malo nauljen pleh. Gotovu pitu premazati ostatkom premaza. Mjerite zdjelicama, količina zavisi od vaših potreba. Najvažnije je da ispoštujete omjer. Kod mene je sveukupno bilo oko 600 gr brašna.</p><p>U brašno dodati malo soli, 2-3 kašike ulja i uz dodavanje mlake vode zamijesiti srednje mekano tijesto. Podijeliti na 3 dijela, premazati uljem, pokriti streč folijom i ostaviti da odmara oko 30 min.</p><p>Otopiti oko 150 gr maslaca i dodati 3 kašike ulja.</p><p>Uz postepeno dodavanje brašna, razvući prvu jufku. Ne razvuče se tanko kao obične jufke, mora ostati malo deblja. Pokapati maslacem i savijati kao pismo, svaki put posuti masnoćom kad prebacite jufku. Kad ste dobili pismo zarolate u roladu i stavljate na papir u pleh. Po želji možete puniti feta sirom kao ja.</p><p>Kad sve završite, peći na 200° oko 20-25 minuta. Pokriti krpom da malo odstoji i onda režite. Gaudu izrezati na kriške, a dio izrendati.</div><div><br /></div><div>Odleđeno lisnato tijesto (prvi dio) razvaljajte u pravougaonik. Poredati polovinu pržene piletine, odozgo poredati kriške gaude, pa preko posuti izrezano suho meso i rasporediti kajmak (također polovinu pripremljene količine).</div><div>Zarolati u roladu. Staviti na papir u pleh.</div><div>Isto uraditi sa drugim dijelom lisnatog tijesta.</div><div><br /></div><div>Rolade premazati pavlakom i posuti rendanim sirom.</div><div><br /></div><div>Peći na 200° oko 25-30 minuta.</div><div><br /></div><div>Ispečene rolade prohladiti pa rezati na komade širine 3-4 cm.</div><div><br /></div><div>Uživajte uz šolju jogurta ili neku salatu. Poklopila i kuhala oko 20 minuta. Tokom kuhanja dolila još vode. Izvaditi krila iz vode, a vodu sačuvati za rižu.</p><p><br /></p><p>Kad se malo prohlade, odvojiti meso od kostiju.</p><p><br /></p><p>U tepsiju sipati opranu rižu, preko posuti povrće, zatim pripremljeno meso. U vodu u kojoj su se kuhala krila dodati suhi začin, mljeveni biber, maslinovo ulje, malo soli, probati ukus i onda preliti rižu i sve u tepsiji.</p><p><br /></p><p>Peći u zagrijanoj rerni na 200° oko 20-25 minuta. Malo posoliti. Ohladite , pa ga umiksajte u prethodno izrađen maslac. Na kraju još dodajte nutellu i sve zajedno sljubite u glatku kremu. </p><p>Jaja i šećer mutiti mikserom najjačom brzinom dodajući kašiku po kašiku vrele vode.</p><p>Kada su pjenasto umućena dodavati postepeno i brašno prosijano sa kakaom i praškom za pecivo.</p><p>Sipati u veći pleh od rerne, obložen papirom za pečenje. Peći u prethodno zagrijanoj rerni na 180 stepeni oko 20 minuta.</p><p>Pećeni biskvit kada se ohladi izvaditi i presjeći na tri trake. Po želji ga preliti sa malo čokoladnog mlijeka ako volite sočnije.</p><p>Staviti prvu koru, premazati, pa drugu i opet premazati, pa treću i nju premazati. U dublju tavu sipajte ulje 3-4 cm i ostavite da se zagrije. Kašikom vadite smjesu tijesta i spuštajte u zagrijano ulje. Najbolje je da uštipke pržite na umjerenoj temperaturi, sa svih strana da se lijepo isprže unutra i pazite da vam ne zagore.</p><p>Zaista su preukusni, hrskavi, mekani i puni unutra. Dodati cimet, izmiješati i ostaviti sa strane.</p><p>Orahe isjeckati i dodati jabukama.</p><p>Jaja, šećer i vanilin šećer izmiksati pjenasto. Dodati ulje i mlijeko, pa sjediniti. </p><p>Na kraju žicom umiješati brašno pomiješano sa praškom za pecivo. </p><p>Pleh 37x24 cm premazati maslacem i posuti brašnom. Sipati polovinu smjese za biskvit i peći na 180° oko 10 min.</p><p>Izvaditi i pažljivo rasporediti jabuke po biskvitu.
